Our stay had its ups and downs. While the staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating, especially when we needed to move to a more suitable cabin, the condition of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The cabin we started in had serious cleanliness issues, and even the appliances didn't function well. The location was great for accessing local attractions, but the overall experience was marred by the state of the facilities.

I had a wonderful experience at this park hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, perfect for families. The location was conveniently close to town and attractions, but still quiet enough for relaxation. However, the shared bathrooms could get busy at peak times, which was a bit of a hassle.

The location does offer access to nearby shops and nature trails, which is a plus, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities left much to be desired. I had a terrible experience with bedbugs and the staff was unhelpful and rude when I sought assistance. The potential for this place to be enjoyable is overshadowed by its current state of neglect.
